All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are not processed or shipped on:

  • Public holidays
  • Major promotional periods (processing may take longer)

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking information via email.


2. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship within:

  • Malaysia (West Malaysia & East Malaysia)

For international shipping inquiries, please contact us before placing an order.


3. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

West Malaysia

  • Approximately 1–5 business days

East Malaysia

  • Approximately 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on:

  • Courier service availability
  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • High order volumes
  • Remote area accessibility

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated during checkout based on:

  • Delivery location
  • Parcel weight and size
  • Ongoing shipping promotions (if applicable)

We may occasionally offer:

  • Free shipping promotions
  • Minimum spend shipping discounts

These promotions are subject to change without prior notice.


5. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

We are not responsible for failed deliveries or delays caused by:

  • Incorrect address information
  • Incomplete contact details
  • Unreachable recipients

If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect information, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.


6. Tracking Orders

Once your order has been shipped, tracking details will be provided.

Please allow some time for the courier tracking system to update after dispatch.


7. Delayed or Lost Parcels

While we aim to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to courier or external factors beyond our control.

If your parcel appears significantly delayed or lost, please contact us and we will assist in coordinating with the courier service.

However, Fox Fairies Malaysia is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Courier service disruptions
  • Customs clearance
  • Natural disasters
  • Public emergencies
  • Incorrect customer information

8. Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged:

  • Please take clear photos immediately
  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the parcel

We will review the issue and provide assistance where applicable.


9. Failed Delivery Attempts

Couriers may attempt delivery multiple times depending on their policy.

If delivery repeatedly fails due to customer unavailability or incorrect information:

  • The parcel may be returned to us
  • Re-shipping fees may apply
