Please read our Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Returns
We accept return requests within 7 days from the date your order is received.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition
- The item must be in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
2. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The wrong item was sent
- The item arrived damaged
- The item is defective
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If you receive:
- A damaged item
- A defective product
- The wrong item
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos/videos of the issue
- Packaging photos if applicable
We will review the issue and provide a suitable resolution.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Opened or used skincare and beauty products
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Promotional or free gift items
- Personalized or customized products
For hygiene and customer safety reasons, skincare products cannot be resold once opened.
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please:
- Request a return (if eligible)
- Place a new order separately
7. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
- Refunds may take up to 7–14 business days to reflect
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the refund is due to our error.

- Contact your credit card provider or bank
- Processing times may vary between financial institutions
