Replacement of Defective Products
We allow for the replacement of any product found to be defective, incorrectly sent, or damaged during shipment within 7 days of the delivery date. Please note that products sold by us are non-refundable. Replacement will be facilitated upon the presentation of the original receipt/invoice or mail order packing invoice.
Exchange Process
- We will provide an exchange for the aforementioned scenarios.
- You are responsible for returning the defective product through a traceable delivery system. It is imperative to track the shipment for a smooth process.
- We do not refund the original or return shipping costs associated with returned products.
- Please allow one to three weeks for the processing of your exchange request. You will be promptly contacted once the return is completed.
Final Decision and Conditions
Our company reserves the right to make the final decision regarding the condition of the returned product. If the product is found to be in an unsatisfactory condition or if the terms outlined above are not met, we retain the right to make the final decision on the resolution.
