From My Grandmother’s Love to My Life’s Mission
The first time I used Baby Night Cream was the night my grandmother passed away. To me, this was no coincidence—it felt like her final gift.
Growing up in a kampung (village), I was nurtured by her unconditional love and the warmth of close-knit relationships. But when I moved to the city for studies, I struggled with its coldness and disconnection. Amid loneliness, my grandmother’s words anchored me: “Just be yourself—that’s enough.”
Years later, while filming a movie in Kuala Lumpur, fate tested me: my grandmother was diagnosed with cancer. Torn between chasing my dreams and her fading health, I clung to her voice during late-night calls. Weak but determined, she’d whisper: “Yu Heng, you can do it.” She vowed to watch my film premiere, but left too soon—leaving behind Fox Fairies as her legacy.
An Unexpected Encounter, A Fateful Arrangement
Grieving and exhausted—my skin damaged by endless makeup and stress—I tried Baby Night Cream. To my surprise, my skin began to heal.
This miracle led me to Fox Fairies’ founder. Bonding over shared values, I joined as a distributor, then co-founded the brand in 2024. Today, I shape its vision and strategies, infusing every decision with the kindness my grandmother taught me.
