Fees are based on the delivery destination and the actual weight or volumetric weight. Check the order payment page for accurate rates. Note that shipping rates may be adjusted based on the latest courier rates.

 

Important Note for International Orders:

International shipments may incur customs duties. Customers are responsible for import duties, taxes, and carrier-related fees. Due to unforeseen circumstances and customs clearance processes, international shipping may experience non-refundable delays, including customs duties. Recipients must fulfill additional charges for import clearance, and we have no control over these fees. Customs policies vary; kindly contact your local customs office for more details.

Delivery Information:

Accurate delivery information is crucial. In case of delivery failure (insufficient address, missing postcode), the parcel may be returned or discarded. Refunds are not applicable in such cases.

Double-check your delivery information before completing your purchase. Claims for returned parcels can be addressed within 1 month of the attempted delivery date.
